Back in the car for a short drive north to find the last Mandurah Giant for today. Situated on the coast it was an undulating walk along the shoreline. The colourful bird is a Galah that fly in noisy, chattering flocks.
A long but rewarding and interesting day and some 16000 steps – abut 5.5miles.
We are about to eat so I will sign off for today.
Tomorrow Bob & Lesley will drive me into Perth where I will stay overnight at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and join the Indian Pacific Train for departure at 10,00am on Sunday 6th October.
